Q: Hi, we would like to book this tour but it's said that we have to arrive before 11 a.m. Our plane lands at 10.50 a.m. Is that a problem? Will we have enough time to pass through the customs and join our bus?

If you come in at 10:50am you will miss the complimentary of the tour and you have to call the hotel for a free airport shuttle service.

Q: We will be joining the tour that starts on Oct 28. However, we will already be in San Francisco on the 27th so we don't require an airport pick up. I would like to know which hotel we will be staying in the first day so that we can check in on the 27th. We would like to join the city tour on the first day, will the the bus be departing from the hotel? View answers (1) A: |

If you are self transferring to the first night's hotel, you simply call the hotel for a free airport transfer service (to and from the hotel and the airport). We will also reconfirm the first night's hotel used for your tour on your official reservation. You will be able to self check in with a hotel confirmation number.
Please simply note in the comments section of your official reservation that you would like to self transfer to the first night's hotel.
If you wish to attend the complimentary half day tour on the first day, you will need to meet the tour guide at the airport. The complimentary half day tour does not start / pick up at the hotel.

1. Yes. It’s possible for you end the tour in Las Vegas and self dismiss at the hotel.
2. In Winter, Yosemite will be substituted with Death Valley.
3. Unfortunately, we don’t have shuttle service from Las Vegas to San Francisco.

This tour only offers drop off in LAX.

1.If you choose the "Hotel Upgrade" your price will be $2080.00 for 2 people.
2.If you wish not have the "Hotel Upgrade" do not select it and your price should be $1,656.00
3. You can not choose the size of your group. Tours generally have between 40-60 people on board.

This tour is still available on Oct 16th and you can simply make a reservation online with us when your travel plan is set. Travel time from LA to Las Vegas is about 4 hours and from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon West is about 3 hours.
